Welcome to The Digital Leverage Lab (accessible at www.thedigitalleveragelab.com). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, our educational courses, our community, and the white-labeled digital marketing platform we provide (collectively, the "Services").
These Services are provided by THE SNOWBALL OF GROWTH S.R.L., a Romanian company with its registered office at București Sectorul 3, Aleea EPRUBETEI, Nr. 25C, CAMERA 1, Etaj 8, Ap. 64, Fiscal Code: 53182345 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, accessing our free mini-course, or purchasing a paid subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Description of Services & White-Label Software
The Digital Leverage Lab offers both free and paid services, including but not limited to online courses, a community forum, and a digital marketing software suite.
White-Label Platform Acknowledgment: You acknowledge and agree that the underlying software, hosting, and digital marketing tools provided within our Services are powered by a third-party software provider, Systeme.io, for which we act as an authorized reseller.
3. Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds
3.1 Pricing and Access
Users may access a free mini-course and a free, limited software account to test the platform. To access the full curriculum, premium community, and upgraded software limits, users must purchase one of our paid monthly subscriptions. All current pricing, features, and limits for our subscription tiers are displayed on our website and at the point of checkout. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time; however, any price changes will not affect your current billing cycle and you will be notified prior to any changes taking effect.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellations are completely self-serve. You do not need to contact support to cancel. You can cancel your subscription directly through your account dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the premium Services until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
3.3 The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a strict 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for your first payment of a paid subscription.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Refund requests must be sent to support@thedigitalleveragelab.com.
Note: This guarantee applies to the first month's transaction only. Subsequent monthly renewals and account upgrades are non-refundable once billed.
4. Customer Support & Technical Assistance
We provide Level 1 support for the platform, our courses, and your account.
Support Channels: Assistance is provided via our designated Community Support Thread or by emailing support@thedigitalleveragelab.com.
Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within a maximum of 24 hours.
Escalation: If a technical issue pertains to the core software infrastructure, we will escalate the issue to the platform provider (Systeme.io) on your behalf. We do not guarantee the resolution times of the third-party provider.
5. Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use
To ensure a safe and valuable environment for all members, you agree to strictly abide by our Community Rules.
You agree NOT to:
Post spam, unauthorized promotional materials, or unsolicited solicitations.
Use hate speech, harass, or insult other community members or our staff.
Use the provided software to send unsolicited spam emails, host illegal content, distribute malware, or violate the intellectual property rights of others.
Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account—without prior notice and without refund—if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Community Guidelines or used the software for illegal activities.
6. Limitation of Liability regarding Software Infrastructure
Because the core software features of The Digital Leverage Lab are hosted and maintained by a third-party provider (Systeme.io), we provide the software "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE SNOWBALL OF GROWTH S.R.L. shall not be held liable for:
Server Downtime: Any temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform, your funnels, or your hosted data.
Data Loss: Any loss of leads, emails, customer data, or content hosted on the platform due to system failures, bugs, or third-party server errors.
Loss of Revenue: Any loss of profits, business interruptions, or failed sales resulting from software bugs, payment gateway downtime, or email delivery failures.
It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your important data, funnels, and customer lists.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain all rights and ownership to the content, funnels, products, and customer lists you create and host using our platform.
Our Content: All course materials, videos, PDFs, community structures, branding, and proprietary methodologies provided by The Digital Leverage Lab remain the exclusive intellectual property of THE SNOWBALL OF GROWTH S.R.L. You may not copy, distribute, or resell our course materials.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
