2. Authorized Reseller Acknowledgment

We explicitly disclose that the underlying technological infrastructure of our software platform—including but not limited to the page builder, funnel hosting, email automation, course delivery, and user dashboard—is engineered, hosted, and powered by systeme.io (Systeme S.A.S.).

THE SNOWBALL OF GROWTH S.R.L. operates as an officially authorized reseller of systeme.io’s white-label services.

3. Customer Support Structure

While the core technology is powered by systeme.io, The Digital Leverage Lab remains your sole point of contact.

  • Level 1 Support: Our team handles all billing inquiries, account management, course access, and general "how-to" questions regarding the platform. You can reach us via our community support threads or at support@thedigitalleveragelab.com.

  • Escalations: You do not need to, and should not, contact systeme.io directly regarding your Digital Leverage Lab account. If a complex technical bug, server outage, or infrastructure issue occurs that we cannot resolve internally, our team will act as the direct liaison and escalate the issue to systeme.io’s engineering team on your behalf to ensure a resolution as quickly as possible.

4. Liability and Infrastructure Stability

Because the server hosting and core code are managed entirely by systeme.io, THE SNOWBALL OF GROWTH S.R.L. cannot guarantee 100% server uptime and is not legally liable for data loss, server downtimes, or technical bugs caused by the third-party provider's infrastructure. By using our platform, you acknowledge this relationship and agree to the Limitation of Liability outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
